ILO welcomes Turkey's decision to grant work permits to Syrian refugees

The International Labour Organization (ILO) has welcomed Ankara’s determination to grant work permits to refugees.

The Turkish govt issued a choice on 15 January allowing 2.5 million Syrian refugees to use for work permits.

ILO’s Country Director Numan Özcan welcomed the choice on Tuesday: “This Will lend a hand move refugees to the formal economic system, enabling them to construct a decent lifestyles for his or her households and giving them a chance to contribute to our society.”
