Man blamed ‘random black guy’ after he set girlfriend’s house on fire, cops say


A Florida man looked for instructions on beginning a home fire before atmosphere his female friend’s house ablaze — and after he USED TO BE caught he tried guilty the inferno on a “random black guy,” police said.
