Namibia: PM Kuugongelwa to Attend Decentralisation Conference

Windhoek — Top Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila on Tuesday left for Nairobi, Kenya to attend a 3-day annual devolution Convention in Kenya on behalf of President Hage Geingob, who was invited by way of his counterpart, Uhuru Kenyatta.

The three-day Conference, being held within the Kenyan town of Meru, will talk about problems with decentralisation and devolution of power.
