Nigeria: President Buhari’s Visit to Turkey Attracts 23 Companies

Following President Muhammadu Buhari’s up to date Seek Advice From to Turkey to raise bilateral alternate, 23 Turkish electrical manufacturing Firms will Discuss With Nigeria this week to meet consumers and distributors.

The Managing Director of Naijalink Ltd., Mrs Thessa Bagu, told the Newsmen in Lagos that the Visit would enhance alternate and economic family members between Nigeria and Turkey.

“Following renewed Turkish-Nigerian commitments to boost bilateral alternate, a Turkish electronics and electrical goods trade mission will, this week, be visiting Nigeria for conferences with native consumers and distributors.

“This alternate mission is coming only weeks after President Buhari visited Turkey to strengthen trade and economic relations between Nigeria and Turkey.

“Underneath the ambit of the Turkish Electro Know-how Exporters’ Affiliation (TET) – a qualified body representing over 7,500 Firms – the trade mission will show off developed Turkish white goods, electronics, cables and electrical production and distribution tools,” she mentioned.

Bagu mentioned that the mission would contain Turkish producers, representing Companies throughout client electronics and home equipment, lights, cables, electrical transmission and distribution equipment, industrial automation products and specialised cables.

She stated that the mission, to be led by means of the vice president of TET Board, Mr Mehmet Kavaklioglu, would hold pre-scheduled conferences with Nigerian business operators at Eko Lodge and suites, Lagos, on Thursday.

In Line With her, Turkey’s fast-rising electronics, white goods and electrical components sector once a year exports over 10 billion greenbacks in items to the global market.

Buhari went on a four-day working Visit to Turkey on Oct. 18.

The president participated within the ninth D-Eight Summit in Istanbul on Oct. 20 and held bilateral conferences with some member-countries.
