A Forty Six-12 months-Old has been charged with assaulting a pensioner who had asked a man to stop urinating on the street.

Derek Laidlaw, 70, was attacked after confronting a person near the wall of his accomplice’s house in Failsworth, Oldham.

Mr Laidlaw suffered severe bruising to his face and head all over the incident at about 22:Forty Five BST on 2 July.

Stephen Anthony Glynn, from Massey Avenue, Failsworth, is as a result of appear prior to magistrates on Monday charged with precise bodily harm.
