Swimmer dies after group caught in riptide in Norfolk

A Man has died and every other is said to be in a serious situation after A Gaggle of swimmers acquired caught up in a riptide in Norfolk.

The Lads have been pulled unconscious from the water at Sea Palling, close to Nice Yarmouth, rapidly prior to midday.

A Fifty Four-yr-previous man died whereas a 26-yr-old man was airlifted to the Norfolk and Norwich Clinic.

Participants of the general public pulled them out of the ocean, the RNLI stated.

The East of England Ambulance Carrier said paramedics handled two men, “each in cardiac arrest”.

A spokesman said: “Alas A Man, believed to be in his 50s, died on the scene.”
