T-Mobile employee charged for allegedly stealing explicit photos from woman’s phone

A Woman in Oklahoma claimed that the T-Mobile employee who was fixing her Phone stole some of her photos from it.

The Woman told police that she brought her iPhone to a T-Mobile location in Oklahoma Metropolis to get fastened, Fox 59 pronounced. But after she got it again, she realized that no longer handiest had messages been sent from it, However The messages had been deleted.

“She stated she observed on her watch that there were some messages sent from her Cellphone, that were not showing as sent from her Cellphone,” Sgt. Megan Morgan of the Oklahoma Metropolis Police stated.

The watch, which was once linked to her Phone, showed that the messages had been sent. But The proof of their existence used to be deleted, Fox Fifty Nine reported.


“When she opened those up, she realized that they were some explicit photos that she had on her Phone that appeared to were despatched to any other Cellphone. And She did not ship these messages,” Sgt. Morgan said.

Police mentioned that the worker, Jesus Cardenas, sent the photographs to his own Telephone and tried to get rid of the proof.

“This person simply abused the power that he used to be given by using her offering him the Telephone, Morgan mentioned. “He obviously went in there and took advantage of the location.”

Cardenas used to be arrested and charged with nonconsensual dissemination of personal sexual photography and receiving and concealing stolen property, Fox 59 said.
